From July 1 – December 1, BART is running an extended trial of modified onboard bicycle restrictions.  During the trial, bikes are allowed on all trains and in all stations.  During the commute period (7:00-9:00am and 4:30–6:30pm), bikes are not allowed in the first three cars of any train.  After the trial, the BART Board of Directors will decide whether to leave the onboard restrictions in place or modify the rules permanently.

1. Have you ridden BART during commute hours (weekdays 7:00-9:00am and 4:30–6:30pm) during the trial period?

2. Which would you be most in favor of?
No bikes on trains during commute hours in peak directions (same as the current rule)
Allowing bikes on trains at all times, except for in the first three cars during commute hours (same as the trial)

3. Do you have any comments regarding bikes on BART during the commute hours?
